him feel welcome. And don't judge a stranger only by his appearance.
try to remember others' names , which will make them feel that
they have make an impression on you . If you don't agree with
others on certain matter , don't argue but discuss with them
. You should think more of others than of yourself . Finelly
, don't believe those who leave their friends when their friends
